To
download your photographs you will have been emailed
or given a link which will be similar to this.

Please
enter the link you have been given into your browser
by either typing it or copy and pasting it in.
When
you do so you should see a screen similar to this.

Right click your mouse
on each
file in turn and select
Save target as.....
You
should NOT download
Parent Directory.
Select your directory and click Save

Please
ensure you
do not just drag and drop the files
as this may create a shortcut to the photographs only,
which may work at first but will be deleted.
Photographs
will be held on our server for a maximum of seven days,
after which time they will be deleted.
There
is a £5 charge to re-upload images.
